价值链视角下农村体育助力宜居宜业和美乡村的实践路径研究

Research on the Practice Path of Rural Sports in the View of Value Chain

农村体育助力宜居宜业和美乡村是中国式农村现代化的实践创新,准确把握基层实践动向,对于推动乡村振兴有着重要作用。选取江苏省苏南、苏中、苏北6个涉农县域,基于价值链探讨农村体育助力宜居宜业和美乡村的实践价值、实践要素、实践路径。研究发现:从价值表现看,农村体育可以使乡村基本具备现代生活条件、使乡村群众收入渠道增加多元、使乡风更加文明。从实践要素看,农村体育助力宜居宜业和美乡村的实践要素包括体育公共服务、体育产业、体育治理,且6个涉农县域的实践要素呈现出演进关系,勾画出从低到高的要素组态。从实践路径看,各地通过6个路径进行实践,分别是盘活乡村体育场地设施存量,补齐乡村体育场地设施增量;深化体育公共服务,提升服务能力;政策引领,扶持乡村体育产业;产业赋能,拉动乡村就近就业;以赛为媒,助推乡风文明发展;以人为本,激发乡村治理效能等策略,凸显农村体育的价值。

Rural sports is the practice innovation of Chinese rural modernization,and it plays an important role in promoting rural revitalization to accurately grasp the grass-roots practice trend.Based on the value chain,this paper discusses the practice value,practice elements and practice path of rural sports to make rural areas livable and employable.It is found that:from the perspective of value performance,rural sports can make the rural basic with modern living conditions,rural income channels to increase diversity,make rural more civilized.From the view of practice elements,the practice elements of rural sports,which help rural areas to live and work well,include sports public service,sports industry and sports governance,and the practice elements of the six rural counties show an evolving relationship,construct the configuration of elements from low to high.From the perspective of practice path,there are six paths to practice,which are invigorating the stock of sports facilities in rural areas,making up the increase of sports facilities in rural areas,deepening sports public services and improving service capacity;policy guidance and support for rural sports industry;industrial empowerment to promote rural employment;competition as a medium to promote the development of rural culture and civilization;people-oriented,to stimulate the effectiveness of rural governance and other strategies to highlight the value of rural sports.
