新农科建设背景下传统涉农专业创新创业教育的实践研究——以南京农业大学为例

Practice Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of Traditional Agriculture-related Majors under the Background of the Emerging Agricultural Education Construction:Taking Nanjing Agricultural University as an Example

文章以南京农业大学传统涉农专业创新创业教育的改革实践为研究主体,通过专创融合、全时空智慧教育平台构建、四方协同育人模式打造和优质创新创业教育资源培育,构建了新农科背景下全链条式创新创业教育体系,锻炼了学生的创新创业能力,提升了传统涉农专业的育人成效,助力了“新农科”专业学生的高质量就业创业;同时,从强化思创融合、产教融合和创新创业训练等几方面,对传统涉农专业创新创业教育发展进行了探讨。研究结果可为传统农学专业提档升级,建设更富有时代特征、更适应时代需求的新型农科教育提供借鉴。

Building on the reform practices of innovation and entrepreneurship education within traditional agriculture-related majors at Nanjing Agricultural University,this research focuses on constructing a whole-chain innovation and entrepreneurship education system within the context of new agriculture.This system is developed through the integration of specialized innovation and entrepreneurship,the establishment of a time-space intelligent education platform,the construction of a four-way collaborative education model,and the cultivation of high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship educational resources.These measures aim to enhance students innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities and improve the educational effectiveness of traditional agriculture-related majors.The goal is to assist the Emerging Agricultural Education major students in securing high-quality employment and entrepreneurial opportunities.Additionally,the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education for traditional agriculture-related majors is discussed from various perspectives,including strengthening the integration of ideas and creativity,the integration of production and education,and innovation and entrepreneurship training.The research findings can offer valuable insights for upgrading traditional agricultural majors and establishing a new agricultural education system that is more characteristic of the times and better suited to the needs of the contemporary era.
