摘要
耳蜗电图是在声刺激下测量耳蜗及听神经电位的测试方法,监测内耳疾病,在临床上主要用于梅尼埃病诊断、听神经瘤术中监测以及听神经反应判定等。近年来,不同学者在不同临床研究中选用不同的波形标定方法,临床特定规范化标准的缺失,未建立起各自疾病的诊断截点,影响了临床诊断价值。我们就耳蜗电图的基点及基线标定、总和电位和动作电位标定、总和电位与动作电位振幅比及面积比标定等最新进展进行综述,旨在提高耳蜗电图测试的临床诊断价值。
Electrocochleography is a test for measuring cochlear and auditory nerve potentials in response to acoustic stimulation to detect inner ear diseases.It is mainly used in clinical diagnosis of Meniere's disease and intraoperative monitoring of auditory nerve responses in acoustic neuroma.In recent years,different researchers have used different methods to label its components in different clinical studies,and the lack of specific clinical standardization has led to a lack of diagnostic cut-off for various diseases,which affects its diagnostic values.This article reviews the latest advances in labelling the base and baseline,SP and AP,the SP/AP amplitude ratio and the SP/AP area ratio,aiming to improve its clinical diagnostic values.
