摘要
听觉皮层诱发电位(cortical auditory evoked potential,CAEP)是记录皮层听觉功能的脑电波反应,相对于听性脑干反应(auditory brainstem response,ABR),CAEP反应听觉传导通路中更高水平的反应,检测方便、无需睡眠,在客观听力检测与评估听觉功能方面具有优势。本文就CAEP的推荐检测参数、在临床听力的诊断与评估中的应用等方面进行综述。
Cortical Auditory Evoked Potentials(CAEPs)are brainwave responses that record the cortical auditory function.Compared to Auditory Brainstem Responses(ABRs),CAEPs reflect a higher level of the auditory pathway.It is easy to test and does not require sleep,making it advantageous for objective hearing evaluation and auditory functions assessment.This article provides a comprehensive review on recommended parameters for CAEP test and its applications in the clinical hearing diagnosis and evaluation.
