固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定虾肉中40种精神类药物残留及基质效应

摘要 该文建立测定虾肉中40种精神类药物残留的固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法,并研究该方法的基质效应。用乙腈提取,并采用固相萃取进行富集和纯化,超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法为正离子扫描多反应监测模式,以基质曲线外标法定性和定量分析虾肉中40种精神类药物残留量。此外,从基质效应因子、基质匹配标准曲线校正及多变量分析方面评价基质效应对虾肉中精神类药物残留分析的影响。结果表明,优化后的固相萃取-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法重复性较好、灵敏度较高,能有效消除或补偿基质效应,适用于虾肉中精神类药物残留的高通量快速筛查。 This study established a solid phase extraction(SPE)-ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)method for the determination of 40 psychotropic drug residues in shrimp meat,and investigated its matrix effect.After being extracted with acetonitrile,the shrimp meat was enriched and purified by SPE.With UPLC-MS/MS as the positive ion scanning multiple reaction monitoring mode,the matrix curve external standard method was used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of 40 psychotropic drug residues in shrimp meat.In addition,the influence of matrix effects on the analysis of psychotropic drug residues in shrimp meat was evaluated from the perspectives of matrix effect factors,matrix matching standard curve correction,and multivariate analysis.The results showed that the optimized SPE-UPLC-MS/MS method had good repeatability and high sensitivity.This method could effectively eliminate or compensate for the matrix effects,suitable for high-throughput and rapid screening of psychotropic drug residues in shrimp meat.
