摘要
灌浆是水利水电工程建设中广泛采用的坝基防渗加固处理技术。灌浆的智能化和自动化是目前灌浆的主要发展方向。相较于传统灌浆施工技术,智能灌浆控制系统的应用能够提高灌浆施工的效率和精确度,实现灌浆施工全过程智能分析、决策和反馈控制,更好地保障灌浆施工质量和施工安全。从灌浆控制系统体系结构入手,深入分析了水电工程水泥灌浆智能控制系统设计方法,并结合实际工程对智能灌浆控制系统(控制技术与监测系统)的应用效果进行了评价。相关成果可为后续智能灌浆控制技术的研发提供参考。
Grouting is widely used in anti-seepage and reinforcement treatment for dam foundation in water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction.The intelligentization and automation of grouting are the main development trends.Compared to traditional grouting operation techniques,intelligent grouting control system improves the efficiency and accuracy of grouting operation through intelligent analysis,decision-making,and feedback control in the entire grouting construction process,thus better ensures the quality and safety of grouting operation.Starting from the architecture structrure of grouting control system,this paper deeply analyzes the design methods of intelligent control system for cement grouting in hydropower engineering and evaluates the application effects of intelligent grouting control system(control technology and monitoring system)in conjuction with actual projects.The relevant findings can provide a reference for the subsequent research and development of intelligent grouting control technology.
