基于KANO-QFD的智能汽车HMI界面设计研究

摘要 为有效获取智能汽车HMI设计时的用户需求,本研究采用定性定量结合的方法确定需求并量化其权重,以提升用户满意度和使用体验。通过结合案例研究和实地观察与访谈,利用Kano问卷对用户需求进行调研分析和重要度排序,最后采用了QFD模型对设计要求进行权重计算。结果表明,清晰的导航操作指引、及时信息反馈、界面布局直观的需求权重最高。基于案例分析和用户调研构建的Kano-QFD模型验证了该方法在解决智能汽车HMI设计问题上的有效性,为后续相关研究提供了方法上的参考。 In order to effectively obtain user requirements for intelligent car HMI design,this study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to determine requirements and quantify their weights,in order to improve user satisfaction and user experience.By combining case studies,field observations,and interviews,the Kano questionnaire was used to conduct research and analysis on user needs and rank their importance.Finally,the QFD model was used to calculate the weight of design requirements.The results indicate that clear navigation operation guidance,timely information feedback,and intuitive interface layout have the highest demand weight.The Kano QFD model constructed based on case analysis and user research has verified the effectiveness of this method in solving the problem of intelligent automotive HMI design,providing methodological references for subsequent related research.
