摘要
从用户体验视角研究市民低碳出行服务,以降低城市交通碳排放和推行绿色出行可持续发展为目标,对辅助低碳出行的服务系统进行探索创新。将以人为本的体验思维融入出行服务可持续设计中,研究用户体验的理论背景,调研用户出行痛点问题,分析市面上低碳出行平台案例,探索用户参与低碳出行的动机和影响因素。提出以用户体验为中心的低碳出行App服务设计策略,创建低碳出行服务平台辅助市民绿色出行,从社会层面推广低碳出行模式,对带动全民践行绿色可持续具有重要意义,为城市的生态文明建设提供新的思考和启示。
Researching low-carbon travel services for citizens from the perspective of user experience,with the goal of reducing urban transportation carbon emissions and promoting sustainable development of green travel,exploring and innovating App service systems to assist low-carbon travel.Integrating a people-oriented user experience thinking into sustainable design of travel services,studying the theoretical background of user experience,investigating user travel pain points,analyzing low-carbon travel platform cases in the market,and exploring the motivations and influencing factors of user participation in low-carbon travel.Propose a low-carbon travel App service design strategy centered on user experience,create a low-carbon travel service platform to assist citizens in green travel,promote low-carbon travel models from a social perspective,which is of great significance for promoting green and sustainable practices among the public,and provide new thinking and inspiration for the construction of urban ecological civilization.
