摘要
本文以饱和蒸汽式换热机组为研究对象,在确立机组供热面积后,通过定性定量的计算,得出了二次网流量,进而确定出循环水泵的型号;然后对过热蒸汽与饱和蒸汽的区别加以了说明,以此引出普通式换热机组与蒸汽式换热机组在构造上的差异,其中穿插了二次网的管径如何确定、耗热量计算、定压种类和循环泵特性曲线的计算方法;在综合分析上述工况以后,文章同时指出可靠的电气控制系统是保障蒸汽机组运行的必要条件,围绕蒸汽式换热机组电气控制系统、硬件系统就管网平衡及水力失调给出了应对措施。在文章最后,结合项目调试经验,浅谈了饱和蒸汽式机组在运行过程中出现事故停机时的预警和处理方法。
In this paper,the saturated steam heat exchanger unit is taken as the research object,and after the heating area of the unit is established,the secondary network flow rate is obtained through qualitative and quantitative calculation,and then the model of the circulating water pump is determined.Then,the difference between superheated steam and saturated steam is explained,so as to draw out the difference between ordinary heat exchanger unit and steam heat exchanger unit in structure,which is interspersed with how to determine the pipe diameter of the secondary network,the calculation of heat consumption,the type of constant pressure and the calculation method of the characteristic curve of the circulating pump.After a comprehensive analysis of the above working conditions,this paper mainly points out that a reliable electrical control system is a necessary condition to ensure the operation of the steam unit,and gives countermeasures to the balance and hydraulic imbalance of the pipe network around the electrical control system and hardware system of the steam heat exchanger unit.At the end of the article,combined with the project commissioning experience,the early warning and treatment methods of the saturated steam unit in the event of an accident shutdown during operation are discussed.
