一种考虑光伏治理资源的交直流配电网电能质量协同治理策略

摘要 交直流配电网两侧电能质量交互影响,并出现分散全网化的电能质量污染。文章基于交直流侧电能质量的耦合特性,以光伏多功能并网逆变器(photovoltaic multi-functional grid-connected inverter,PVMFGCI)为对象,深入研究其协同治理策略,实现区域电能质量优化。分析交流子网电压的谐波和不对称所对应的直流纹波产生机理后,根据光伏控制区域和电能质量分区,提出考虑光伏治理资源的交流侧电能质量综合治理区域划分策略,再根据PVMFGCI的治理功能及其剩余容量,建立计及并网变流器主动优化的治理资源协同配置模型,并在MATLAB中进行算例分析验证了所提方法的有效性。 The interaction and influence of power quality on both sides of the AC/DC distribution network,as well as the occurrence of scattered and grid wide power quality pollution,are studied in this research.Based on the coupling characteristics of power quality on the AC/DC side,the photovoltaic multifunctional grid connected inverter(PVMFGCI)is taken as the object,and its collaborative governance stra-tegy is deeply studied to achieve regional power quality optimization.Firstly,the mechanism of DC ripple generation corresponding to the harmonics and asymmetry of AC subnet voltage is analyzed.And then,based on the photovoltaic control area and power quality zoning,a comprehensive governance area division strategy for AC side power quality considering photovoltaic governance resources is proposed.Secondly,based on the governance function and remaining capacity of PVMFGCI,a governance resource collaborative configuration model considering active optimization of grid connected inverters is established.Finally,numerical analysis is conducted in MATLAB to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
