信息产业集聚及高质量发展对工业绿色发展效率的影响

Impact of Information Industry Agglomeration and High-qualityDevelopment on the Efficiency of Industrial Green Development

基于2015─2021年的省域面板数据,通过以区位熵为基础的信息产业集聚度指标,构建双固定效应的空间杜宾模型,实证分析信息产业集聚及高质量发展对我国工业绿色发展效率的影响及空间溢出效应。研究结果表明:我国工业绿色发展效率逐年上升,但区域发展存在不平衡性,呈现东高西低的格局;信息产业对本地工业绿色发展效率的影响具有异质性,而信息产业高质量发展的促进作用更明显;信息产业高质量发展存在明显的空间溢出效应,能够促进周围地区工业绿色发展水平的提高;政策支持力度和经济发展水平是推动工业绿色发展效率增长的主要动力,教育水平、对外开发水平、产业结构等对工业绿色发展效率的影响比较小。

Based on the provincial panel data from 2015 to 2021,through the information industry agglomeration degree index based on location entropy,a spatial Durbin model with double fixed effects is constructed to empirically analyze the impact and spatial spillover effect of information industry agglomeration and high-quality development on the efficiency of China’s industrial green development.The research results show that the efficiency of China’s industrial green development is increasing year by year,but there is an imbalance in regional development,showing a pattern of high in the east of China and low in the west of China.The impact of the information industry on the local industrial green development efficiency is heterogeneous,and the promotion effect of high-quality development of the information industry is more obvious.There is an obvious spatial spillover effect in the high-quality development of the information industry,which can promote the improvement of the industrial green development level in surrounding areas.Policy support and economic development level are the main driving forces for promoting the growth of industrial green development efficiency.The impact of education level,foreign development level,industrial structure,etc.on industrial green development efficiency is relatively small.
