数字版权产业作为我国的战略型新兴行业在迅速发展过程中遇到了一系列诸如数字版权作品交易效率低下、第三方交易平台霸权主义、数字版权交易信任缺失以及信息技术发展与现行版权交易法律制度不匹配等问题。区块链技术为数字经济背景下的数字版权交易提供了新的解决方案。利用区块链技术的去中心化、不可篡改性、安全可信等属性为文化产业赋能,通过完善数字版权交易机制来一一解决当前困境,从而有效降低数字版权交易的成本,减少交易争端,提高交易效率,强化版权交易体系,进一步促进数字版权交易市场的可持续发展。

As a strategic emerging industry in China,the digital copyright industry has encountered a series of problems in the process of rapid development,such as the low efficiency of digital copyright works trading,the hegemony of third-party trading platforms,the lack of trust incopyright trading process,and the mismatch between the development of information technology and the current legal system of copyright trading.Blockchain technology is considered a new solution to the digital rights transaction in the context of the digital economy.This research uses the decentralized,immutable,safe and trustworthy attributes of blockchain technology to empower the cultural industry.By improving the digital copyright trading mechanism,current difficulties can be solved one by one,thus effectively reducing the cost of digital copyright trading and the occurrence of trading disputes,improving trading efficiency,strengthening the copyright trading system,and further promoting the sustainable development of the digital copyright trading market.
