摘要
老井侧钻是渤海油田稳产增产的主要手段之一,针对复杂井侧钻前清理井筒成本存在不确定性,制定合理的侧钻决策树可有效控制成本。本文梳理了渤海油田侧钻井设计技术现状,针对回收套管、回收筛管以及打捞落鱼等复杂井侧钻设计存在的难题,基于“安全、经济、高效”的原则制定了侧钻决策树,如套管回收段长决策树、筛管回收与否决策树、落鱼打捞与否决策树。以渤海油田3口复杂井侧钻设计为例,应用该决策树实现了侧钻方案的科学性设计,相比于常规设计方法节约费用超1500万元。本文提出的复杂井侧钻设计决策树具有一定的推广价值。
Sidetracking on the old well is one of the main means of stable and increase production in the Bohai Oilfield.There is an uncertainty of the cost for cleaning the well before sidetracking in complex wells.The formulation of reasonable sidetracking decision-making trees can effectively control the cost.This article sorts out the current status of the sidetracking design technology in Bohai Oilfield.In view of the problems in drilling design for complex wells such as sleeves and sieve pipes recycle,“falling fish”salvage and so on,based on the principle of“safety,economy,and efficiency”the sidetracing decision-making trees are formulated,such as the long-time casing recycle,the sieve pipes recycle or not,and the fish salvage or not.Taking the sidetracking design for 3 complex wells in Bohai Oilfield as an example,the application of the decision tree realizes the scientific design of the sidetracking solution.Compared with the conventional design method,it costs less than 15 million RMB.The decision tree proposed in this article has a certain promotion value.
