福州会展会务集团竞争力提升策略

摘要 随着国内外会展业的不断发展,国内会展企业之间的竞争日益激烈,面临的压力和挑战也不断增加。要使福州会展会务集团在未来的发展和竞争中立于不败之地,就必须增强福州会展会务集团的竞争力,做好应对未来竞争和挑战的准备。本文结合当前会展业的发展趋势和福州会展会务集团的经营情况,详细分析了福州会展会务集团在当前条件下的经营策略和存在的不足。随后从企业能力方面提出了该集团可以实施的品牌战略。
