摘要
针对煤矿掘进装备的智能化功能需求,对液压系统进行智能化改进设计,对改进设计中电液控制、液压参数检测的关键问题、传感器选型、安装方式等进行总结和说明。工程应用表明,经过液压系统的智能化改进,掘进装备具备了初级智能化功能,可为高级智能化提供基础,具备较高的实用价值,为系列化掘进装备液压系统的智能化升级改进提供一定的参考。
In response to the intelligent functional requirements of coal mine excavation equipment,an intelligent improvement design was carried out on the hydraulic system.Key issues such as electro-hydraulic control,hydraulic parameter detection,sensor selection,and installation methods in the improved design were summarized and explained.Engineering applications have shown that through the intelligent improvement of hydraulic system,excavation equipment have primary intelligent functions,which can provide a foundation for advanced intelligence and have high practical value.It provides a certain reference for the intelligent upgrading and improvement of series excavation equipment hydraulic system.
