带式输送机转载溜槽结构优化设计

摘要 地面带式输送机运输的物料经过输送机的相互转运才能完成最终的筛选和分类。在转运过程中,转载溜槽起到了很重要的作用。转载溜槽可以控制物料的流向,降低撒料的情况,并可起到一定的降尘防尘作用。在落料高差较大的时候,普通的卸料溜槽会出现落料效果不好、严重磨损落料溜槽的问题。以某矿主井提升带式输送机落料高差大的实际情况为研究对象,设计相应的转载溜槽。据物料的轨迹,合理设计转载溜槽的二级或多级缓冲结构,通过DEM仿真方法,对漏斗缓冲点进行设计优化,减小了物料对转载溜槽的冲击,降低物料对曲线溜槽的磨损,实现物料的正确导向,有效防堵、降尘,提高了设备寿命。 The material transported by the belt conveyor on the ground can be transferred to each other through the conveyor to complete the final screening and classification.In the process of transfer,transfer chute plays a very important role.Transfer chute can control the flow of materials,reduce the situation of scattering,and can play a certain role in dust control.When the drop height difference is large,the common drop chute will appear problems that the drop effect is not good and serious wear drop chute.Taking the actual situation of the main shaft lifting belt conveyor of a mine with large material drop height difference as the study object,designed the corresponding transfer chute.According to the track of material,the two-stage or multi-stage buffer structure of transfer chute was designed reasonably,and the buffer point of hopper was optimized by DEM simulation method,which reduces the impact of material on transfer chute,reduces the material to the curve chute wear,achieves the correct direction of materials,effective anti-blocking and dust reduction,and improves equipment life.
