摘要 应用TRIZ理论的发明创新原理成功解决了轨道巷用巷道修复机机身较小、工作机构布置困难的难题。该技术通过分析轨道巷修复技术特点、反铲破碎机构与装载机构的工作特点,利用其在工作时间上分离的特点进行设计,保证反铲破碎机构与装载机构的正常工作,以满足运输巷道边使用边机械化修复的要求,具有很好的市场前景和经济效益。 The invention and innovation principle based on TRIZ theory has successfully solved the problems of small fuselage and difficult working mechanism arrangement in roadway repair machine.The technology was designed by analyzing the track roadway repair technology characteristics,the working characteristics of backhoe crusher and loading mechanism,and using the characteristics of the separation of working time,ensures the normal work of the backhoe crusher and loading mechanism to meet the requirements of the mechanized repair of the transport roadway,which has a good market prospect and economic benefit.
