无煤柱自成巷N00工法刮板输送机技术研究

摘要 针对N00工法采煤工艺对刮板输送机的特殊要求,对N00工法刮板输送机整机结构、关键零部件及特殊功能进行详细设计研究,校核分析了机尾推溜状态,加工制造了N00工法刮板输送机试验样机。为实现N00工作面无巷道掘进、无煤柱残留的采留一体化开采提供了技术及装备支撑。 In response to the special requirements of the N00 construction method mining process for scraper conveyor,a detailed design and research were conducted on the overall structure,key components,and special functions of the N00 construction method scraper conveyor.The tail sliding state of the conveyor was verified and analyzed,and a test prototype of the N00 construction method scraper conveyor was manufactured.It provides technical and equipment support for achieving integrated mining and retention without roadway excavation and coal pillar residue in the N00 working face.
