摘要
针对岩巷综掘工作面粉尘扩散严重、治理难度大的问题,提出了一套岩巷综掘工作面控除尘方法。通过数值模拟对控除尘关键参数与工作面颗粒物运动规律进行了研究,得出了不同条件下工作面粉尘颗粒物的运动规律,基于数值模拟研究结果搭建了现场试验系统,对工作面降尘效果进行了现场试验研究,得出工作面高效控除尘关键工艺参数,实现了对工作面产粉尘的高效治理,解决了综掘工作面粉尘带来的危害问题。
Aiming at the problem of serious dust diffusion in the working face of comprehensive excavation in rocky roadway,which is difficult to manage,a set of method for dust controll and removal in the working face of comprehensive excavation in rocky roadway was proposed.The key parameters of dust control and removal and the motion law of particles in the working face were studied through numerical simulation,so as to obtain the motion law of particles in the working face of dust in different conditions.The on-site experimental system was constructed on the basis of the results of numerical simulation,on-site experimental research was conducted on the effect of dust reduction in the working face,and obtained the key process parameters for efficient dust control and removal in the working face,which achieves efficient control of dust production in the working face and solves the harm caused by dust in comprehensive excavation face.
