可逆配仓带式输送机永磁变频电缆卷筒的控制及测试

摘要 针对当前电缆卷筒自跟踪配仓带式输送机自制力不强所造成的电缆滑落、卷绕不畅与拉力过大等问题,研究了一种基于张力跟随的永磁变频电缆卷筒控制方法,即模糊与PID闭环选择控制系统,并对其控制方法进行了Simulink仿真及卷放缆工业性试验。试验结果表明,该控制方法不仅可解决上述问题,还可显著提升用户设备信息化及智能化水平。 Aiming at the problems of cable slippage,poor winding and uneven tension caused by the weak self-made force of the current cable drum self tracking warehouse belt conveyor,a permanent magnet variable frequency cable drum control method based on tension following was studied,namely a fuzzy and PID closed-loop selection control system.The control method was simulated by using Simulink and cable winding and unwinding industrial test were conducted.The test results show that this control method not only can solve the above problems,but also can significantly improve the informationization and intelligence level of user equipment.
