边帮稳定性监测装置中滚珠丝杠的振动影响分析

摘要 在考虑到边帮稳定性及监测雷达巡检过程中负载支承刚性变化的情形下,利用达朗伯原理建立了滚珠丝杠的纵向和扭曲振动的频率方程和振型函数,并以此分析负载支承刚性对丝杠振动频率和振型的影响,为滚珠丝杠传动环节的参数选择及支承刚度协调提供了理论依据,为提高边帮稳定性监测装置的控制及数据采集精度奠定了基础。 In the case of considering the bearing support stiffness change during the inspection process of the slope stability monitoring radar,the frequency equation and mode shape function of the longitudinal and torsional vibration of the ball screw were established by using the D′Alembert principle,so as to analyze the effect of the bearing support stiffness on the vibration frequency and mode shape of the screw,provides a theoretical basis for the parameter selection of the ball screw drive link and the coordination of support stiffness,and lays a foundation for improving the control and data acquisition accuracy of the slope stability monitoring device.
