伸缩杆式液压支架包板包覆方式对强度的影响

摘要 伸缩杆式液压支架是一种常见的液压支架的结构形式,相较于传统的四连杆式液压支架,伸缩杆式液压支架用伸缩结构取代了四连杆结构,目前广泛应用在四柱放顶煤液压支架中。由于缺少四连杆机构,伸缩杆式液压支架有着较为宽敞的行人空间及支架后部空间,但是相应地其稳定性较差,伸缩杆与底座联接部位特别是底座伸缩槽槽口是整个支架的薄弱部位,对于该部位的结构优化、强度提升很有必要。 The telescopic rod hydraulic support is a common structural type of hydraulic support.Compared to the traditional four link hydraulic support,the telescopic rod hydraulic support replaces the four link structure with a telescopic structure,and is currently widely used in the four column top coal caving hydraulic support.Due to the lack of a four link mechanism,the telescopic rod hydraulic support has relatively spacious pedestrian space and rear space,but its stability is relatively poor.The connection between the telescopic rod and the base,especially the telescopic groove slot of the base,is the weak part of the entire support.It is necessary to optimize the structure and improve the strength of this part.
