煤矿井下更换链轮轴组辅助装置的研究

Research on Auxilliary Device for Replacing Sprocket Shaft Group in Underground Coal Mine

为解决井下更换链轮轴组劳动强度大、安全系数低等问题,研发了一种煤矿井下刮板输送机链轮轴组更换辅助装置。该装置含可移动支座、链轮轴组拆除组件、链轮轴组装配组件。可移动支座的上端顺序设置凹形底座以及支承轴组的V形架。链轮轴组拆除组件布置在凹形底座的下端,进行拆除作业时,链拆除组件缓慢地将轴组从刮板输送机牵引至固定架。装配组件使用时安装在凹形底座的顶部,当装配组件旋转至水平并面向固定架时,将放置在固定架上的链轮轴组推至刮板输送机的安装处。

In order to solve the problems of high labor intensity and low safety factor of replacing sprocket shaft group in underground coal mine,an auxiliary device for replacing sprocket shaft group of scraper conveyor in underground coal mine was developed.The device includes a movable support,a sprocket shaft group removal component,and a sprocket shaft group assembly component.The upper end of the movable support is sequentially arranged with a concave base and a V-shaped frame of the supporting shaft group.The removal assembly of the sprocket shaft group is arranged at the lower end of the concave base.When the removal operation is carried out,the chain removal assembly slowly pulls the shaft group from the scraper conveyor to the fixed frame.When the assembly component is used,it can be installed on the top of the concave base.When the assembly component is rotated to the horizontal and towavds fixed frame,the sprocket shaft group placed on the fixed frame can be pushed to the installation place of the scraper conveyor.
