摘要
近年来,随着集成供液产业技术的快速发展,现有泵站测试系统的电力配电柜系统在电压、功率、启动方式等方面已不能满足测试需要。为有力支撑集成供液产业的发展,通过对乳化液泵站测试系统的电力需求分析,设计了合理的电力配电柜系统,并阐述了配电柜的组成、功能和特点。该系统可提高乳化液泵站测试系统的运行稳定性、安全性和效率。经现场调试验收,该系统达到了预期效果。
In recent years,with the rapid development of the integrated liquid supply industry technology,the power distribution cabinet system of the existing pump station testing system can no longer meet the testing needs in terms of voltage,power and startup mode.To effectively support the development of the integrated liquid supply industry,through analyzing the power demand of the emulsion pump station testing system,designed a reasonable power distribution cabinet system,and elaborated on the composition,functions and characteristics of the distribution cabinet.This design can improve the operational stability,safety and efficiency of the emulsion pump station testing system.This system has achieved the expected effect through on-site debugging and acceptance.
