基于MBD的液压支架设计制造一体化系统研究与应用

摘要 随着煤机行业迅速发展,传统三维设计+二维出图+离线编程成为制约企业发展的瓶颈,亟需探索一种新的设计、制造模式。将基于模型定义(MBD)技术应用于液压结构件焊接工艺,设计了适用于液压支架结构件的设计制造一体化系统方案,通过设计工业机器人免编程控制方案,验证了煤机制造全三维的设计制造一体化可行性,填补了MBD技术在传统煤机制造行业的应用空白。 With the rapid development of the coal machinery industry,the traditional three-dimensional design+two-dimensional drawing+offline programming has become a bottleneck restricting the development of enterprises,and there is an urgent need to explore a new design and manufacturing mode.Applied model based definition(MBD)technology to the hydraulic structure welding process,and designed the design and manufacturing integration system program for the hydraulic support structure.Through the design of industrial robot programming-free control program,verified the feasibility of the coal machine manufacturing full three-dimensional design and manufacturing integration,which fills the application blank of MBD technology in the traditional coal machine manufacturing industry.
