脑安滴丸联合静脉注射用纤溶酶治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

Observation on Curative Effectof Nao'anDropping PillsCombined with Plasminfor Intravenous Injection in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨脑安滴丸联合静脉注射用纤溶酶治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选取2020年3月至2023年3月我院收治的60例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采用静脉滴注注射用纤溶酶治疗,观察组采用静脉滴注注射用纤溶酶联合口服脑安滴丸治疗。比较两组疗效、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、中国卒中量表(CSS)评分,测量凝血功能[活化部分凝血活酶(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)]、血小板聚集率(PagR)、全血高切和低切黏度及血浆黏度,对比两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组NIHSS、CSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组APTT、TT高于对照组,FIB、PagR、全血高切黏度、血浆黏度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑安滴丸联合静脉注射用纤溶酶治疗急性脑梗死,疗效显著,可明显改善患者神经和凝血功能,还可降低血小板聚集率及血液黏度,且无明显不良反应。

Objectives To explore the clinical efficacy of Nao'anDropping Pills combined with plasmin for intravenous injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023were selected as the research objects.The patientswere divided into observation group and control group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous injection of plasmin,while the observation group was treated with intravenous injection of plasmin combined with oral Nao'an Dropping Pills.The curative effect,scores of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and Chinese Stroke Scale(CSS)in the two groups were compared.The coagulation function[activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB)],platelet aggregation rate(PagR),whole blood high-shearviscosity,low-shear viscosityand plasma viscositywere detected,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than73.33% in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS and CSS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),APTT and TT in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while FIB,PagR,whole blood high shear viscosity,and plasma viscosity were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nao'anDropping Pills combined with plasmin for intravenous injection achieves a significant curative effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which can significantly improve nerve and coagulation function,reduce the platelet aggregation rate and blood viscosity,without obvious adverse reactions.
