摘要
针对风电场电力调度面临的实时性、精准性、灵活性挑战,提出一种基于5G通信技术的风电场电力调度系统。该系统采用改进的长短期记忆(Long Short-Term Memory,LSTM)网络模型实现风电功率预测,并基于模型预测控制(Model Predictive Control,MPC)策略实现多时间尺度协调控制。通过搭建100 MW风电场实验平台测试设计系统性能,证实该系统在风电功率预测准确率、系统响应时间、通信时延以及控制精度等关键指标上均优于传统方法,具有较好的应用效果。
Aiming at the challenges of real-time,accuracy and flexibility faced by wind farm power dispatching,a wind farm power dispatching system based on 5G communication technology is proposed.The system adopts an improved Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)network model to realize wind power prediction,and realizes multitime scale coordinated control based on Model Predictive Control(MPC)strategy.By building a 100 MW wind farm experimental platform to test the performance of the design system,it is proved that the system is superior to the traditional methods in key indicators such as wind power prediction accuracy,system response time,communication delay and control accuracy,and has good application effect.
