黑龙江省农业产业结构调整对农业经济增长贡献分析

Analysis of the Contribution of Agricultural Industry Structural Adjustment to Agricultural Economic Growth in Heilongjiang Province

产业结构调整是农业发展与时俱进的必然结果,也是农业优化升级、提质增效的重要手段。以黑龙江省2001—2021年农业产业结构数据为基础,采用产值占比法测算农业产业结构变动对农业经济增长的贡献度,并通过建立弹性系数回归模型深入探究其影响程度。结果显示:随着黑龙江省农业产业结构的不断调整,对农业经济增长产生的积极影响越来越突出,贡献度由负值转向正值;种植业在农业各生产部门中对农业经济增长的贡献最为突出,其次是畜牧业和林业,渔业影响效果不显著。因此黑龙江省应进一步探索农业产业结构调整优化方向,增强农业可持续发展能力,实现农业高质量发展和现代化进步。

Industrial structure adjustment is the inevitable result of agricultural development with the times,but also an important means of agricultural optimization and upgrading,quality and efficiency.Based on the data of agricultural industrial structure in Heilongjiang Province from 2001 to 2021,this paper adopts the method of output value share to measure the contribution of changes in agricultural industrial structure to agricultural economic growth,and explores the extent of its influence by establishing an elasticity coefficient regression model.According to the results of the study:with the continuous adjustment of the agricultural industrial structure in Heilongjiang Province,the positive impact on agricultural economic growth is becoming more and more prominent,and the degree of contribution has shifted from negative to positive;planting industry makes the most prominent contribution to agricultural economic growth among all the production sectors of agriculture,followed by animal husbandry and forestry,and the impact of fishery is not significant.Therefore,Heilongjiang Province should further explore the direction of structural adjustment and optimization of the agricultural industry,enhance the capacity of sustainable agricultural development,and achieve high-quality development and modernization of agriculture.
