摘要
随着“三全育人”理念的提出和推广,高校辅导员与班导师的角色正在发生深刻变革。本研究旨在探索“三全育人”背景下,辅导员与班导师如何协同育人,实现教学、教育和教辅的有机融合,并揭示了辅导员与班导师在课程与活动设计、信息交流与反馈以及家校合作中的协同机制,并提出了一系列切实可行的建议,以促进“三全育人”在高校中的深入实施。
With the proposal and promotion of the concept of"three comprehensive education",the roles of college counselors and mentors are undergoing profound changes.The aim of this study is to explore how counselors and mentors can collaborate to educate students under the background of"three comprehensive education",achieving an organic integration of teaching,education,and teaching assistance.It also reveals the collaborative mechanisms between counselors and mentors in curriculum and activity design,information exchange and feedback,and home school cooperation,and proposes a series of practical and feasible suggestions to promote the in-depth implementation of"three comprehensive education"inuniversities.
