摘要 设计并实现了一种煤矿综合自动化监控系统,旨在有效监控煤矿的生产过程,提升生产安全性。系统架构设计采用信息层和控制层的双层结构,通过iFIX 3.5工作站和ControlNet环网实现了对生产设备的自动化控制和实时监控;利用OPC协议和SQL Server数据库,确保数据采集、存储和处理的高效性和可靠性;硬件设计方面,环网平台采用千兆以太网技术,支持多种传输介质和双电源冗余设计,保证了系统的高带宽、低延迟和高可靠性。通过系统设计,实现了对煤矿生产过程的全面监控和智能化管理,显著提高了其生产效率和安全性。 A comprehensive automation monitoring system for coal mines has been designed and implemented,aiming to effectively monitor the production process of coal mines and improve production safety.In the system architecture design,a dual layer structure of information layer and control layer was adopted,and automated control and real-time monitoring of production equipment were achieved through iFIX 3.5 workstation and ControlNet ring network.OPC protocol and SQL Server database were used to ensure the efficiency and reliability of data collection,storage,and processing.In terms of hardware design,the ring network platform adopts Gigabit Ethernet technology,supports multiple transmission media and dual power redundancy design,ensuring high bandwidth,low latency,and high reliability of the system.Through system design,comprehensive monitoring and intelligent management of the coal mine production process have been achieved,significantly improving production efficiency and safety.
