高层建筑纳米硅粉防火耐热混凝土应用性能研究

摘要 为探究高层建筑纳米硅粉防火耐热混凝土应用性能,对不同纳米硅粉掺入量条件下的混凝土实验试件尺寸变化、质量变化和耐压强度变化记录和分析。结果表明在混凝土当中掺入纳米硅粉能够有效促进混凝土材料抗高温变形性能的提升、减少混凝土质量损失、提高试件耐压强度,纳米硅粉防火耐热混凝土抗高温变形性能强、致密性强、耐压强度大,具备极高应用性能。 In order to explore the application performance of nano silica powder fire protection and heat-resistant concrete in high-rise buildings,the size changes,mass changes,and compressive strength changes of concrete experimental specimens under different nano silica powder dosage conditions were recorded and analyzed.The results show that adding nano silica powder to concrete can effectively promote the improvement of the high-temperature deformation resistance of concrete materials,reduce concrete quality loss,and improve the compressive strength of specimens.Nano silica powder fire protection and heat-resistant concrete has strong high-temperature deformation resistance,high density,and high compressive strength,and has extremely high application performance.
