摘要
通过对同一样品不同测量时间的测量数据进行处理,分析在不同测量时间的测量数据标准差、变异系数等,可得到测量时间与放射性测量不确定度之间的关系,总结出进行实际测量工作时最适应的测量时间时长。结果表明,将测量时间定为2小时是比较符合实际的。本研究可为提高测量无机非金属建筑材料中放射性核素含量时的准确度及测量效率提供科学依据。
By processing the measurement data of the same sample at different measurement times and analyzing the standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the measurement data at different measurement times,the relationship between the measurement time and the uncertainty of radioactivity measurement can be obtained,and the most adapted length of the measurement time to carry out the actual measurement work can be summarized.The results show that it is more realistic to set the measurement time at 2 hours.This study can provide a scientific basis for improving the accuracy and efficiency of the measurement of radionuclide content in inorganic non-metallic building materials.
