现阶段,无论是农业发展,还是产业升级,都必须做好土地资源的管理和利用工作。有关部门必须立足农村实际情况,优化土地资源利用和管理理念、方式。在高质量发展战略引导下,人们越来越注重土地资源利用和管理,但个别农村地区的土地利用和管理效果不佳,难以凸显土地资源的经济、社会和环境价值。基于此,本文从农村土地资源利用和管理的现状出发,重点研究了土地资源利用和管理的有效策略,以期为实际工作提供指导。

At present,whether it is agricultural development or industrial upgrading,it is necessary to do a good job in the management and utilization of land resources.Relevant departments must base themselves on the actual situation in rural areas and optimize the concepts and methods of land resource utilization and management.Under the guidance of sustainable development strategy,people are paying more and more attention to the utilization and management of land resources.However,the effectiveness of land utilization and management in some rural areas is poor,making it difficult to highlight the economic,social,and environmental value of land resources.Based on this,this article starts from the current situation of rural land resource utilization and management,and focuses on studying effective strategies for land resource utilization and management,in order to provide guidance for practical work.
