摘要
为合理设计山不拉煤矿工作面回风顺槽的切顶关键参数,本文运用断裂力学、数值模拟方法,开展巷道切顶成巷关键参数作用规律研究。以巷道顶底板移近量、巷道左帮位移量为主要考察指标,综合考虑了原掘进方案的巷道宽度、巷道高度,对切缝的关键参数,包括切缝高度、切缝角度等切顶成巷的影响因素进行模拟试验。通过试验分析得到影响因素的最优组合,分别为切缝高度6.5m、切缝角度10°,将数值模拟与井下实验相结合,两者结果基本一致。最优参数组合有效提升了卸压效果,降低了巷道围岩变形,保证了留巷安全。
In order to design the key parameters for the roof cutting of the return air channel in the Shanbula coal mine working face reasonably,the methods of fracture mechanics and numerical simulation were used to study the action law of the key parameters for the roof cutting of the roadway.The main inspection indicators are the displacement of the top and bottom of the roadway,and the displacement of the left side of the roadway.Taking into account the width and height of the original excavation plan,the key parameters of the cutting seam,including the cutting seam height and angle,were simulated and tested to determine the influencing factors of the top cutting into the roadway.The optimal combination of influencing factors was obtained through experimental analysis,namely:cutting height of 6.5m and cutting angle of 10°.The numerical simulation was combined with downhole experiments,and the results were basically consistent.The optimal parameter combination effectively improves the pressure relief effect,reduces the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway,and ensures the safety of the retained roadway.
