金橘水培快速生根及抑藻关键技术

Key Technologies for Rapid Rooting and Algae Inhibition in Hydroponic Kumquat Cultivation

摘要 为实现水培金橘快速生根并集成金橘水培关键技术,以金橘(Citrus japonica Thunb.)为研究对象,分别对比不同生根剂、营养液、抑藻剂对水培金橘根系发育、养分吸收、营养液中绿藻含量的影响。结果表明:采用50 mg·L^(-1)IAA及IBA处理金橘植株12 h,置于清水中培养50 d后,分别有10%、30%植株长出新根,平均根长分别为10.2、15.3 mm,而50 mg·L^(-1)NAA及清水处理50 d,植株均无新根长出;将金橘置于荷兰花卉研究所通用配方营养液中培养35 d,根系孔隙度显著增加,使用日本园艺通用配方营养液培养的柑橘植株根系孔隙度最多且通气组织大量形成,使用霍格兰通用配方培养的金橘植株出现根系结构萎缩、裂解;此外,使用日本园艺通用配方处理的金橘对N、P、K的养分吸收量最高;在日本园艺通用配方中添加不同的抑藻剂处理4周,生物炭与抗生素添加对绿藻的抑制率显著提高,抑制率分别为23%、70%,铜离子对绿藻的抑制效果不显著。综上,在金橘水培化生产中,使用50 mg·L^(-1)IBA浸泡12 h,随后转入添加10 mg·L^(-1)磺胺类抗生素的日本园艺配方的营养液中,可加速金橘水培生根进程并抑制绿藻产生。 To elucidate the pivotal technologies facilitating root formation and algae suppression in hydroponic cultivation of kumquat(Citrus japonica Thunb.),we conducted a comparative analysis assessing the impact of different rooting agents,nutrient solutions,and algicides on root development,nutrient absorption,and green algae content in hydroponic kumquat.The results showed that:after incubating in water for 50 days,a marked increase in root emergence was observed in 10%and 30%of kumquat plants treated with 50 mg·L^(-1) of IAA and IBA for 12 hours,respectively,with average root lengths of 10.2 mm and 15.3 mm.In contrast,no discernible root growth was detected in plants treated with 50 mg·L^(-1) of NAA or water after 50 days.The porosity of kumquat roots increased significantly after 35 days of cultivation in the Dutch Flowers&Horticulture Research Institute formula nutrient solution,the highest porosity and extensive aerenchyma formation were found in the roots supplied with Japanese horticultural universal formula,however,kumquat roots grown in the Hoagland nutrient solution were atrophied and lysed.Furthermore,the nutrient absorption of N,P,and K was highest in kumquat plants treated with the Japanese horticultural universal formula.Compared with control,supplement of biochar and antibiotics in the Japanese horticultural universal formula for 4 weeks significantly inhibited green algae growth by 23%and 70%,respectively,while the inhibitory effect of copper ions on green algae was not significant.In summary,soaking the plants in 50 mg·L^(-1) of IBA for 12 hours,followed by transferring to the Japanese horticultural universal formula with 10 mg·L^(-1) of sulfonamide antibiotics,can accelerate the rooting process and inhibit green algae growth in the hydroponic production of kumquat.
