本文探讨了印刷行业中有机废气的排放问题,重点分析了有机废气的来源、组成以及对环境和健康的影响,尤其是挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)。评估了现有的监测方法,并深入探讨了各种处理技术的效果。通过实际案例,证实了活性炭吸附与催化燃烧结合技术在减少有害气体排放和改善工作环境方面的有效性。呼吁持续技术创新和更严格的环保标准,以提高废气处理技术的可持续性和效率。
This paper discusses the issue of organic waste gas emissions in the printing industry,focusing on the sources,composition,and environmental and health impacts of organic waste gas,particularly volatile organic compounds(VOCs).It evaluates existing monitoring methods and delves into the effectiveness of various treatment technologies.Through actual case studies,it confirms the effectiveness of a combined technology of activated carbon adsorption and catalytic combustion in reducing harmful gas emissions and improving the working environment.The paper calls for continuous technological innovation and stricter environmental standards to improve the sustainability and efficiency of waste gas treatment technologies.
