摘要
本文重点讲述了一种工业级碳酸锂制备电池级碳酸锂产品的方法,先将工业级碳酸锂或单水氢氧化锂原料调浆,接着在碳化塔通入二氧化碳进行碳氢化反应,经过精密过滤和树脂除杂后送到热分解槽由蒸汽加热分解,再将析出的碳酸锂固体经离心分析、洗涤干燥、气流粉碎、除磁包装后得到最终的电池级碳酸锂产品。本方法碳氢化系统采用多级串联操作,碳酸锂浆料与二氧化碳气体逆流操作,并通过母液循环实现反应液的循环利用,有效提高了碳酸锂的转化率,有助于生产高纯度产品,大大降低了生产成本,增加了产品的经济效益。
This article presents a method for producing battery-grade lithium carbonate from industrial-grade lithium carbonate.Initially,industrial-grade lithium carbonate or lithium hydroxide is slurried,followed by the introduction of carbon dioxide into a carbonization tower for a carbonization reaction.After precision filtration and resin impurity removal,the mixture is sent to a thermal decomposition tank for steam heating and decomposition.The precipitated lithium carbonate solid is then centrifugally separated,washed,dried,crushed,removed magnetic material,and packaged to obtain the battery-grade lithium carbonate product.The carbonization system in this method employs multi-stage series operation,with the lithium carbonate slurry and carbon dioxide gas operating in countercurrent,and the reaction liquid is recycled through mother liquor circulation,these methods effectively improving the conversion rate of lithium carbonate,producing highpurity products,significantly reducing production costs,and increasing the economic benefits of the product.
