摘要
基于多连杆机械压力机结构模型,开展多连杆机构的三维建模、数学建模以及运动学分析,借助Matlab仿真软件进行压力机运动过程的仿真,从而得出压力机滑块位移和速度,并选择动力学分析软件展开传动机构的系统化分析,比较Matlab的仿真与分析结果,从而论证该连杆结构可行与否,经对比分析,该研究结果被广泛用于深拉伸工艺生产中,在拉伸期间,模具具有较小冲击力,且具有较长的满负荷工作区域。
Based on the structure model of the multi-link mechanical press,the 3D modeling,mathematical modeling and kinematic analysis on the multi-link mechanism were carried out.The simulation of the press motion process was carried out with the help of Matlab simulation software,so as to obtain the displacement and speed of the press slider.The dynamic analysis software was selected to carry out the systematic analysis on the transmission mechanism,and the simulation and analysis results of Matlab were compared.Through comparative analysis,the research results are widely used in the production of deep drawing process.During the drawing period,the die possesses a small impact force and a long working area of full load.
