摘要
在就业形势日益严峻的背景下,就业质量的关注度随之上升,为了解就业质量研究的现状和趋势,探讨当前就业质量研究热点和未来的潜在热点。文章立足于就业质量理论和实践研究现状,采用高频关键词词频分析、社会网络分析和聚类分析,对检索获得的2014-2023年期刊文献共计487篇的关键词进行统计与分析,研究结果表明:就业质量主体界定清晰,具体分为用人单位、高校毕业生、高校和劳动力市场四个对象;分析方法多元化,涉及学科领域多,评价维度逐渐向深层次方向发展;就业质量指标中,突出的三大类热点指标是就业能力、就业率和就业满意度,指标涉及角度广,并凸显就业质量研究热点。
In the context of an increasingly severe employment situation,the attention to employment quality has increased.In order to understand the current status and trends of employment quality research,this paper explores the current and potential hotspots of employment quality research.The paper is based on the theoretical and practical research status of employment quality.Using high-frequency keyword frequency analysis,social network analysis,and cluster analysis,a total of 487 journal articles retrieved from 2014 to 2023 were statistically analyzed.The research results show that the subjects of employment quality are clearly defined,specifically divided into four categories:employers,college graduates,universities,and the labor market;The analysis methods are diversified,involving multiple disciplinary fields,and the evaluation dimensions are gradually developing towards deeper levels;Among the employment quality indicators,the three prominent indicators are employment ability,employment rate,and employment satisfaction.The indicators involve a wide range of perspectives and highlight the research hotspots of employment quality.
