随着可持续发展理念的深入人心,绿色建筑和智慧工程管理成为建筑行业的重要发展方向。作为一种集成的数字工具,建筑信息模型(BIM)技术为绿色建筑和智慧管理提供强有力的支持。文章研究绿色建筑施工过程的智能化管理方法,基于BIM技术构建三维集成信息模型,设计三层结构的绿色施工过程管理信息系统。分析数据集成的绿色建材评价体系,使用BIM来辅助建模,采用物联网和数据处理模型的优势来构建高效的项目,为智慧绿色工程管理奠定基础。

With the concept of sustainable development deeply rooted in the hearts of the people,green building and smart engineering management have become an important development direction of the construction industry.As an integrated digital tool,Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology provides strong support for green building and smart management.This paper studies the intelligent management method of green building construction process,constructs a three-dimensional integrated information model based on BIM technology,and designs a three-tier architecture green construction process management information system.The green building materials evaluation system of data integration is analyzed,BIM is used to assist modeling,and the advantages of Internet of Things and data processing model are used to build efficient projects,which lays a foundation for smart green engineering management.
