摘要
研究混凝土浇筑施工技术对工程质量管控具有重要意义。文中以贵州平寨水库取水工程混凝土浇筑为背景,分别从浇筑振捣、伸缩缝止水、温控防裂、施工缝处理、检验检测等方面总结了混凝土浇筑的关键技术要点。研究表明,该套技术体系有效解决了大体积混凝土开裂、渗水等问题,确保了工程施工质量满足要求,研究成果为类似工程实际施工提供有益思路与实施路径。
It is of great significance to study the construction technology of concrete placement for engineering quality control.Based on the concrete pouring of the water intake project of Pingzhai Reservoir in Guizhou province,the paper summarizes the key technical points of concrete pouring from the aspects of pouring vibration,expansion joint sealing,temperature control and crack prevention,construction joint treatment,inspection and testing.The research shows that the technical system can effectively solve the problems of cracking and water seepage of mass concrete,and ensure that the construction quality of the project meets the requirements.The research results provide useful ideas and implementation paths for the actual construction of similar projects.
