腕踝针结合夹脊针对神经根型颈椎病相关头晕症状的影响

The Effect of Wrist Ankle Acupuncture Combined with Spine Clip Acupuncture on Dizziness Symptoms Related to Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis

目的:探讨腕踝针结合夹脊针对神经根型颈椎病相关头晕症状的影响。方法:选取189例伴有眩晕症状的神经根型颈椎病患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=63)、对照1组(n=63)、对照2组(n=63)。对照1组接受夹脊针治疗,对照2组接受腕踝针治疗,观察组接受夹脊针联合腕踝针治疗,3组均每间隔1 d进行1次,10次为一个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。比较3组治疗前后头晕症状改善、神经因子和生活质量。结果:治疗后,3组汉化眩晕症状量表(VSS-C)评分比较,观察组(38.27±4.58)分<对照2组(40.86±4.37)分<对照1组(43.33±4.64)分;3组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较,观察组[1.00(1.00,1.00)分]<对照2组[1.00(1.00,2.00)分]<对照1组[2.00(1.00,2.00)分](P<0.05);3组5-羟色胺(5-HT)比较,观察组(151.26±10.54)nmol·10^(-9)<对照2组(158.84±11.05)nmol·10^(-9)<对照1组(162.53±12.46)nmol·10^(-9);3组γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)均下降,观察组(20.36±3.11)μmol·L^(-1)<对照2组(23.45±4.24)μmol·L^(-1)<对照1组(25.23±4.74)μmol·L^(-1)(P<0.05);3组神经根型颈椎病生存质量量表评分均上升,且观察组(67.52±2.83)分>对照2组(64.56±3.16)分>对照1组(63.35±3.32)分(P<0.05)。结论:腕踝针结合夹脊针治疗可缓解神经根型颈椎病相关头晕症状患者病情,促进神经因子水平改善,提高生活质量。

Objective:To investigate the effect of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with spine clip acupuncture on the symptoms of dizziness related to nerve root type cervical spondylosis.Methods:189 patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis accompanied by dizziness were selected as the study subjects and were randomly divided into observation group(n=63),control group 1(n=63),and control group 2(n=63).Control group 1 received treatment with spinal clip acupuncture,control group 2 received treatment with wrist ankle acupuncture,and observation group received treatment with Jiaji acupuncture combined with wrist ankle acupuncture.All three groups were treated once every 1 day,10 times per course,for a total of 2 courses of treatment.The improvement of dizziness symptoms,neurokines,and quality of life were compared among three groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the Chinese dizziness symptom scales(VSS-C)of three groups were compared,and the observation group(38.27±4.58)points<control group 2(40.86±4.37)points<control group 1(43.33±4.64)points.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the three groups were compared,the observation group[1.00(1.00,1.00)points]<control group 2[1.00(1.00,2.00)points]<control group 1[2.00(1.00,2.00)points(P<0.05)].After treatment,5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)was compared among the three groups,and the observation group(151.26±10.54)nmol·10^(-9)<control group 2(158.84±11.05)nmol·10^(-9)<control group 1(162.53±12.46)nmol·10^(-9).The γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA)in the three groups decreased,and the observation group(20.36±3.11)μmol·L^(-1)<control group 2(23.45±4.24)μmol·L^(-1)<control group 1(25.23±4.74)μmol·L^(-1)(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of quality of life scale of cervical radiculopathy in 3 groups increased,and the observation group(67.52±2.83)scored>control group 2(64.56±3.16)scored>control group 1(63.35±3.32)scored(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of wrist ankle acupuncture and spine clip acupuncture can alleviate the symptoms of nerve root type cervical spondylosis related dizziness in patients,promote the improvement the level of nerve factors,and improve the quality of life.
