全过程管理可以确保项目各个阶段得到有效控制,从项目规划、设计到施工和交付使用,确保项目的每个环节符合预期要求。通过全过程管理,可以及时发现并解决问题,从而确保项目能够按时、按质、按量完成。基于此,文章研究了建筑工程中全过程管理要点,希望为相关研究提供参考。

The whole process management can ensure that all stages of the project are effectively controlled,from project planning,design to construction and delivery,and ensure that each link of the project meets the expected requirements.Through the whole process management,problems can be found and solved in time,so as to ensure that the project can be completed on time,according to quality and quantity.Based on this,this paper studies the key points of the whole process management in construction engineering,hoping to provide reference for related research.
