随着信息技术的发展和应用,建筑行业逐渐向数字化方向发展。然而,由于缺乏有效的项目管理方法和工具,建筑行业存在效率低和质量差等问题。因此,如何提高建筑行业的项目管理效果已成为一个亟待解决的问题。文章将从历史沿革、现状分析以及未来发展趋势等方面对建筑行业进行深入的研究,通过文献综述、实证研究等多种方式获取相关数据并对其进行分析与比较;基于以上研究成果,提出相应的提升策略以促进建筑行业的数字化转型和发展。

With the development and application of information technology,the construction industry is gradually developing in the direction of digitalization.However,due to the lack of effective project management methods and tools,the construction industry has problems such as low efficiency and poor quality.Therefore,how to improve the effect of project management in the construction industry has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper will conduct indepth research on the construction industry from the aspects of historical evolution,current situation analysis and future development trend;Through literature review,empirical research and other ways to obtain relevant data and analyze and compare them;Based on the above research results,corresponding promotion strategies are proposed to promote the digital transformation and development of the construction industry.
