全球教育变革背景下的高水平教师队伍建设

摘要 由于文化的差异,不同国家对理想教师的认知和定位有所不同。中国特有的教育家精神的提出,凸显了中国教师之社会价值代表者的角色,其站位之高,立意之远,使得中国在应对时代之变给教育带来的诸多挑战、在解决落实立德树人根本任务过程中面临的难题时更具信心。打造新时代高水平教师队伍,需要以教育家精神为教师队伍铸魂、着力提升教师教书育人能力、深化发展性教师评价改革、统筹优化教师资源配置、促进教师队伍国际交流合作。
