黄榆痔疾洗剂制备工艺研究

摘要 目的:优选黄榆痔疾洗剂的制备工艺。方法:采用HPLC法测定黄榆痔疾洗剂盐酸小檗碱的含量,以含量和干膏率为评价指标,通过正交设计考察黄榆痔疾洗剂的煎煮时间、加水量、煎煮次数,优选黄榆痔疾洗剂的最佳煎煮工艺;同时对黄榆痔疾洗剂进行了浓缩工艺、纯化工艺和成型工艺的考察。结果:黄榆痔疾洗剂的最佳煎煮工艺为加水三次,每次加6倍水,各煎煮1 h;浓缩采用减压或常压浓缩方式,离心除杂纯化转速5000 r·min^(-1),成型工艺加入0.3%的苯甲酸钠获得黄榆痔疾洗剂的最佳制备工艺。结论:优选的制备工艺简单可行,具备科学性,可适用于工业化生产。 Objective To optimize the preparation process of Huangyu Zhiji Lotion.Method The content of berberine hydrochloride in Huangyu Zhiji Lotion was determined by HPLC.Taking the content and dry paste rate as evaluation indexes,the decocting time,water addition and decocting times of Huangyu Zhiji Lotion were investigated by orthogonal design,and the best decocting process of Huangyu Zhiji Lotion was optimized.At the same time,the concentration process,purification process and molding process of Huangyu Zhiji Lotion were investigated.Result The best decocting process of Huangyu Zhiji Lotion is to add water for three times,add 6 times of water each time,and decoct for 1 hour each time;Concentrating under reduced pressure or normal pressure,centrifugal impurity removal and purification speed of 5000 r·min^(-1),and adding 0.3%sodium benzoate to the molding process,the best preparation technology of Huangyu Zhiji Lotion was obtained.Conclusion The optimized preparation process is simple,feasible,scientific and suitable for industrial production.
