The incidence of irritable bowel syndrome with predominant diarrhea is high,the disease is repeated,prolonged and difficult to cure,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Pathogenic wind is an important cause of irritable bowel syndrome with predominant diarrhea,and the treatment should be based on wind-induced treatment.This article expounds the meaning of wind,discusses the effectiveness of treating IBS-D with wind medicine from the correlation between wind and the pathogenesis of IBS-D,in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of IBS-D.
