摘要
中成药在肺癌综合治疗中的应用日益广泛,但其临床应用中存在辨证不明确、超说明书使用、联合用药不当、重复给药等问题。为了规范肺癌治疗相关中成药的合理使用,提升肺癌治疗相关中成药的药学服务质量,共识制定组基于临床循证证据、药事管理相关法规和药学服务实践经验,采用德尔菲法和专家会议法制定了《肺癌治疗相关中成药药学服务专家共识(2024)》。该共识创新性提出了肺癌治疗相关中成药的药学服务关键点及模式,为药师从事相关工作提供同质化的药学服务标准。
The application of Chinese patent medicine in the comprehensive treatment of lung cancer has become increasingly widespread, but its clinical application still has some problems, including unclear syndrome differentiation, off-label drug use, inappropriate drug combination and duplicate prescriptions. In order to standardize the rational application of Chinese patent medicine related to lung cancer treatment and improve the quality of pharmaceutical care, Working Group for Expert Consensus formulated the “Expert Consensus on Pharmaceutical Care for Chinese Patent Medicine Treatment in Lung Cancer (2024)” based on clinical evidence, relevant pharmaceutical regulations and clinical practices, with the Delphi method and expert meeting approach. The consensus innovatively proposes the key points and models of pharmaceutical care for Chinese patent medicine related to lung cancer treatment, aiming to provide homogenized service standards for peers nationwide.
