瓣膜置换术联合射频消融对瓣膜性心脏病治疗效果

The Effect of Valve Replacement Combined with Radiofrequency Ablation on Valvular Heart Disease

目的:探究瓣膜性心脏病瓣膜置换术、射频消融联合治疗的效果。方法:选择2020年5月~2023年9月瓣膜性心脏病患者58例作为研究对象,对照组29例仅行瓣膜置换术治疗,观察组29例在瓣膜置换术治疗基础上,行射频消融治疗。比较治疗效果、窦性心律转复率、心功能、心肌损伤。结果:观察组比对照组治疗效果好(P<0.05)。出院时、出院后6个月窦性心律转复率组间更高的是观察组(P<0.05)。治疗前组间左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(CO)差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗后,LVEDD、LVESD两组均减少,LVEF、CO均增加,P<0.05。观察组优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组肌酸激酶同工酶、肌钙蛋白T改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后并发症发生率组间对比差异未见显著性(P>0.05)。结论:瓣膜性心脏病治疗方案瓣膜置换术联合射频消融治疗效果好。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of valve replacement combined with radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of valvular heart disease.Methods:58 patients with valvular heart disease were selected as the research subjects(May 2020 to September 2023),29 patients in the control group were treated with valve replacement only,and 29 patients in the observation group were treated with radiofrequency on the basis of valve replacement.Ablation therapy.The therapeutic effect,sinus rhythm conversion rate,quality of life and postoperative complications were compared.Results:The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of sinus rhythm conversion in the observation group at the time of discharge and 6 months after discharge was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of the quality of life scale(SF-36)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of SF-36 in both groups were increased compared with those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined program of valve replacement and radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of patients with valvular heart disease has definite clinical effect and few complications,which can improve the quality of life of patients.
