阿司匹林联合曲美他嗪对冠心病患者凝血功能及心功能的改善效果

Analysis of the Effect of Aspirin Combined with Trimetazidine on Coagulation Function and Cardiac Function in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的分析阿司匹林联合曲美他嗪对冠心病(CHD)患者的治疗效果。方法以随机数字表法对2022年9月至2023年3月在河南省直第三人民医院治疗的62例CHD患者进行分组,A组(31例)在常规治疗基础上加服阿司匹林、B组(31例)在A组基础上加服曲美他嗪,对比两组治疗有效率、不良反应发生率、心功能指标、凝血功能指标、血脂水平、炎性因子指标。结果治疗后,B组治疗有效率高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前两组心功能指标、凝血功能指标、血脂水平、炎性因子指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组心功能指标、凝血功能指标、血脂水平、炎性因子指标较治疗前显著改善,且B组改善幅度更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CHD患者服用阿司匹林联合服用曲美他嗪,能显著改善心功能和凝血功能,同时能改善血脂和炎症指标,疗效显著,安全性高。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of aspirin combined with trimetazidine in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and heart failure.Methods From September 2022 to March 2023,62 patients with CHD and heart failure treated at the Henan Province Third People's Hospital were randomly divided into two groups.Group A(31 patients)received routine treatment with aspirin,while Group B(31 patients)received aspirin combined with trimetazidine.The treatment efficacy,adverse reaction rates,cardiac function indicators,coagulation function indicators,blood lipid levels,and inflammatory markers were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effective rate in Group B was significantly higher than that in Group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in cardiac function indicators,coagulation function indicators,blood lipid levels,and inflammatory markers between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups showed significant improvements,with Group B showing greater improvements in all measured parameters(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with trimetazidine significantly improves cardiac function and coagulation function in patients with CHD and heart failure,while also improving blood lipid levels and inflammatory markers,demonstrating high efficacy and safety.
